At what age did you start playing soccer?
I started playing Soccer and chasing the ball since i was 4 years old. At the age of 7 i played for a club in my hometown.
At what age did you become a GK?
I was around 9 or 10 years old when i ended up in goal. Before that i was a forward and i remember at a tournament our Goalkeepers got injured and the coach put me in goal and ever since i never changed my position again.
What is your favorite soccer memory?
My favorite memory was the promotion from 3. Bundesliga into the 2. bundesliga with my club former club Holstein Kiel in germany.
Who is your favorite GK to watch/emulate?
When i was younger i always wanted to be like oliver kahn. Having his mentality, be the same hard working guy like him. After that my all time favorite to watch was manuel neuer. I had the same Goalkeeping Coach like him in my academy. I loved to see him at practice and games.
What is your favorite HPG glove and why?
Why did you join the HPG glove family?
I joined the HPG family my first year i moved into the states 2023. First of all i was impressed by the glove after i tried them on and then i got to know the people of the HPG family! Amazing support, great communication and awesome people. I just can identify with the same values like HPG - Hard work and staying humble. Cant ask for more!
One piece of advice you would give a young Gk wanting to become a pro?
Everything comes with hard work! Stay humble! You gonna make mistakes and thats totally normal but you have to learn from them and keep working and believing. Nothing is stronger than your mind. Most important enjoy this game and fun.
