Reece has an extensive playing and coaching career. His playing career includes 150 English Football League appearances and 50 Irish Premier League appearances, including an Irish Premier League championship. He also has an Anglo-Italian Cup win with Notts County and received 2 promotions in Football League with Grimsby Town. 

His coaching experience includes the Rider Uni Women's Goalkeeping Coach, the Match Fit Academy Boys Goalkeeping Coach and the USC Goalkeeper Staff Instructor. 

His certifications include a USSF National Goalkeeper Coach License, a USC Advanced National Goalkeeper Coach Diploma and a UEFA B License.
