Strange has over a decade of coaching experience at various levels. He has worked with goalkeepers at every level including assisting the development of goalkeepers as they transitioned from college soccer to the MLS.

Most recently Strange is the Director of Goalkeeping for the Charlotte Independence Soccer Club. Previously he was a college assistant at Davidson College and Greensboro College respectively. In addition to club and college experience, Strange is on NC Olympic Development staff as well as being on staff for the South Region. Strange holds his USSF “A” license as well as a USC National Goalkeeping Diploma.
